Compost Bagging Machine

Compost, a mixture of organic residues such as decomposed vegetation and leaves, livestock manure, POME, fermented oil palm EFB fibre and so on, after fermentation, to be used to improve soil structure and provide nutrients.

Compost bagging machine is designed with belt feeder, to feed the composts or similar products into weighing machine, and fill the paper bag, woven bag or polythene film bag (40-50kgs) continuously and efficiently. Machine automatically weigh composts dose in batches, pour it into open polythene sleeve and make the bag automatically drops on the belt conveyor. The bag (40-50kgs) from machines working zone is transported to sewing machine or sealing machine on the belt conveyor.
